Skoda Auto India has rejigged the prices of its most affordable offering for the local market, the Kylaq. The Czech brand’s response to the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Nissan Magnite, and the Renault Kiger is now priced from Rs. 8.25 lakh (ex-showroom).

Starting with the entry-level Classic variant of the Kylaq, it witnesses an upward price revision of Rs. 36,000. Next up is the Signature variant, which has received a hike of Rs. 26,000 for the Signature and Signature Lava Blue and Deep Black trims, while the corresponding automatic variants have become dearer by Rs. 36,000.
In a surprising turn of events, the Signature+ MT and AT trims of the Skoda Kylaq have witnessed a price reduction of Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 5,000, respectively. The price of the top-spec Prestige variant (MT and AT) has been reduced by Rs. 46,000 and Rs. 41,000, respectively.

With this update, the Skoda Kylaq is now priced from Rs. 8.25 lakh to Rs. 13.99 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). The model is offered in four variants, namely Classic, Signature, Signature+, and Prestige. Further, the sub-four-metre SUV, which is available with a single engine and two transmission options, gets seven colourways.
